Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you do not get any product(s) as per images or, specifications mentioned in our website, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. You shall be requested to please return the product(s) supplied to you. You would be requested to keep the product(s) in its original packaging and do not temper / use the product(s) intended to be return back. Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact the us via contact us link, customercare@tofarch.com. Requests received later than 3 business days after ORDER of material/ product(s) shall not be entertained.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. The company, without any prior notice, reserves the rights to make necessary changes in the product(s) based on our continuous design and research for improving the quality and enhance customer comfort for the product(s). In case product is not as per specifications on our website and client is not completely satisfied with our products, we can provide a refund. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Return Policy (General)

Subject to the application of the Competition and Consumer Act, 2010 (if applicable), if you are not 100% satisfied with your goods and the goods are not custom made; and you notified TOFARCH within 3 days of delivery; and the goods have not been assembled and are returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and TOFARCH have confirmed acceptance of the above conditions; then TOFARCH will refund you the price, less the cost of shipping and handling. In all other circumstances, TOFARCH will not accept the return of the goods. Nothing in the clause limits claims for TOFARCH failure to comply with the Customer’s order or specification whether due to shortfall, defect, error, incorrect delivery or otherwise. The Customer must give written notice to TOFARCH within Three(3) days from the date of delivery of such defect. If the Customer fails to provide such notice then the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. To the extent permitted by law all conditions, warranties and undertakings are expressly excluded. TOFARCH liability for breach of a non-excludable condition or warranty is limited at TOFARCH option, to any one of the following: 1. The replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; 2. The repair of the goods; 3. The payment of the cost of providing replacement goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or 4. The payment of the cost of having the goods repaired. TOFARCH shall not be liable for any indirect loss or damages whatsoever, including consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity or loss of use.
